We have a strict 20 day refund policy, any problems within these days, feel free to reach out or return your product. After this period, refunds are not accepted. If you request a refund then we expect the product to be in the condition it was shipped in.

We offer a free single repair of your glasses when orders are above £49.99. We ONLY repair structural damage for free- meaning the frame, not the lens. If you happen to damage the lens, if you scratch/damage the lens yourself the 'free single repair' will be voided.

Delivery times can vary depending on which lenses you order. 

standard delivery £3.50: 2-4 business days, for standard lenses. if you require coatings such as antiglare, transitions etc, this could take up to 6-8 business days. Any doubts please feel free to reach out and contact us. We are on hand 24/7!

International delivery £20: We ship worldwide. However, this could take up to a month to get delivered. Don't worry we will be on hand if you have any queries or questions you may have during shipment.

Same day collection/delivery in Birmingham (UK) £15: If you like to send us your own frames we can collect them from you, install your new lenses and either deliver them back to you or ship them depending on what lenses you order.
