Why only 20 days return policy?

Well once you received your glasses, you need to wear them for at least 2 weeks (14 days), so you can get used to them. After 14 days if you are still not happy with them. Then you still have 6 days left to return them and depending on the fault whether we made a fault, or the customer ordered it wrong. Only then a refund will be decided.

NO LENS REFUND?

Customers do not get refunded on the lenses. The only way you can get refunded on the lenses if it’s a manufacturing fault. For example, if we gave you a different prescription lens, than the ones you ordered or if we gave you a faulty lens for example if it had marks/scratches on the lens. If that is the case, then use our Contact us page immediately and the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is a pupillary distance?

Pupillary distance (PD) is the space between the centres of your pupils. It's important to know this measurement when getting new glasses to ensure the lenses align correctly with your eyes for clear vision and comfort. PD is measured in millimetres (mm). While the average PD for adults is around 63 mm, it can range from about 51 mm to 74.5 mm for women and 53 mm to 77 mm for men. It's best not to guess your PD since it varies from person to person.
